Police asking for assistance to locate Ottawa man last seen in Kingston

Kingston Police and Ottawa Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate missing 30-year-old Konstantin Boukhanov, of Ottawa. According to police, he was last seen getting off of a train in Kingston on March 6, 2021. He has been missing from his residence in Ottawa since March 5, 2021.

He is described by police as a Caucasian man, 6’0” (183cm) tall, weighing 170lbs (77kg), with short brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey winter jacket, grey touque, black and white Roots scarf, blue jeans and brown boots. Police say he was carrying a red and black duffel bag and a black knapsack.

Anyone with information about his current whereabouts is asked to call Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 or the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.

If you have information that could assist investigators, but do not know where he is currently, please contact the Ottawa Police Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., daily.
