Police ask for public assistance to locate federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his Statutory Release.

Aaron Joseph is described as a white male, 37 years of age, 6′ (183cm), 180 lbs (82kgs) with bald hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right Upper arm, forearm and wrist.

He is serving a two year, 8 month, 2 day sentence for Robbery, Theft Under, Failing to Comply with Condition of Probation Order, Being Unlawfully at Large and Failing To Appear.

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Kemptville, Kingston and Edmonton.
