Kingston Police seek assistance to locate stolen guitars

The Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two guitars which were stolen during a break and enter which occurred sometime in December 2021.

According to a release from Kingston Police, both guitars hold great sentimental value to the victim as they belonged to her late father and have distinct markings on them, specific to her father.

  • The first guitar is described as a 1960’s era Regent electric guitar with a black and red sunburst pattern and whammy bar, housed in a black soft shell case.
  • The second guitar is a Washburn Electric Guitar, brown and light brown/yellow sunburst pattern, small body housed in a brown hard shell case (pictured above).

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of the guitars is asked to notify Detective Sergeant Adam McMullen at 613-549-4660 ext 6281 or via email at [email protected].
