Police seek public assistance in identifying suspect

Kingston Police have released the above image and are asking anyone with information on the suspect to come forward.

The suspect is accused of theft and the use of a stolen debit card, according to Kingston Police. On Sunday, Dec. 9, the complainant discovered that a window in his vehicle had been smashed in and his wallet was stolen. The suspect used a stolen debit card at three different locations in the early morning hours. The above image of the suspect was obtained from surveillance video by Kingston Police.
