Police looking to identify suspect in parking lot hit and run

Kingston Police are looking for the suspect in a hit and run that occurred in the Kingston Centre parking lot on Halloween evening.

At approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018, the suspect bumped into the complainant’s vehicle. The suspect then threatened the female complainant before driving off. The incident occurred just west of the CIBC location in the Kingston Centre parking lot.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as an older model grey or silver minivan with damage to the right side of the rear bumper and a broken right taillight. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 60 years old, with a medium build, standing about 5’8” tall. The suspect is balding with grey/white short hair.
