Remembering Constantinos Thanos

Constantinos “Kosta” Thanos passed away peacefully on Saturday September 23, 2023. Constantinos was a loving husband of 57 years to Kyriaki “Koula”; beloved father to Panayotis “Peter” (Renie), Georgia (Victoria), and Vagia (Anthony); and adored grandfather (Pappou) to Emilio, Kyriaki “Kiki”, Athena, Angelo, Fotini “Fifi”, Isabella and Konstantina “Nina”. Constantinos will be greatly missed for his humor, his love of family near and far away, gardening, music, dancing, playing clarinet, nature and the mountains of Agrafa and his hometown of Mesovouni, Karditsa, Greece.

The family will receive friends and family at the James Reid Funeral Home on 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, Ontario on Wednesday September 27 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on September 28 at 11 am at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Dormition of Theotokos, 121 Johnson Street, Kingston, Ontario. Interment to follow at Cataraqui Cemetery.
