Wanted federal offender known to frequent Kingston area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his statutory release.
Kody Whitmarsh, 34, is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’10” (178cm) tall and weighing 149 lbs. (68kg). He has brown hair and brown eyes, and he is tattooed with two roses on his forearm and a tribal symbol on his right forearm.
Whitmarsh is serving a two year sentence for armed robbery, being unlawfully in a dwelling, and uttering threats to cause death.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of Kingston, Bellevile, Port Hope, and Trenton.
