Wanted federal offender known to frequent Belleville area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his statutory release.

Neville Haire, 56, is described as a Caucasian male, standing 5’10” (180cm), and weighing 160 lbs (73kg) with grey shaved hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos on both arms and his left wrist.

He is serving a two year and nine month sentence for robbery and theft over $5,000.

The offender is known to frequent the cities of Hamilton, Toronto, Belleville, London as well as Halton and the Waterloo Region.
