Utilities Kingston launches online payment assistance request forms

In an attempt to help customers avoid building large balances on their utility bills that will have to be paid later, Utilities Kingston has created a new online program for its clients.

On Thursday, Apr. 22, 2020, Utilities Kingston announced its new online payment assistance request form. Customers who are concerned about paying their utility bill or experiencing financial hardship are urged to contact Utilities Kingston to discuss extended bill payment options and financial assistance programs. This can be done two ways:

Customers who complete the online form will be contacted by Utilities Kingston by telephone or email as quickly as possible, the local utility provider said.

“For understandable reasons, some of our customers are struggling to pay their bills right now. We want to help residents and small business owners avoid building up large balances that could become a bigger burden later,” President and CEO of Utilities Kingston Jim Keech said in a press release. “We made this form to help create a dignified and easily accessible way for customers to connect with us.”
