Two arrested after Kingston Police execute drug search warrant

Two local individuals are facing drug charges after Kingston Police executed a search warrant at a building on Notch Hill Road.
On Thursday, Mar. 24, 2022, members of the Kingston Police Drug Enforcement Unit with the assistance of the Emergency Response Unit executed a drug search warrant on Notch Hill Road, in the City of Kingston.
According to a release from Kingston Police, the target of the investigation, Dale Serson, was located in his vehicle on Bath Road and arrested by members of the Drug Enforcement Unit. A female passenger was arrested as well, police said.
Drug Enforcement Unit officers located fentanyl and cocaine in the vehicle. According to the release, a subsequent search warrant was executed at Serson’s residence by the Emergency Response Unit. As a result, officers located crystal methamphetamine and evidence of drug trafficking.
Kingston Police laid the following charges:
Dale Serson, a 64-year-old male from Kingston, was charged with:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl
- Possess proceeds of crime
- Possess prohibited weapon – Taser
Carly Michie, a 34-year-old female from Kingston, was charged with:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl
