Kingston road closures and traffic delays, week ending Jan 24, 2020

The following is a selection of the most significant road closures and expected traffic delays in and around the city of Kingston for the week ending January 24, 2020. Full lists of closures and delays provided by the City of Kingston and the MTO can be viewed here and here.

Frontenac Street from Jenkins to Princess is closed until June 27 2020 to allow for framing, masonry and interior work for 501 Frontenac St.

Expect lane closures on Highway 401 at Highway 38/Gardiners Road until November 2020, and delays of up to 10 minutes nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the 401 westbound.

Expect minor delays on Leroy Grant Drive until mid-January as a contractor replaces a gas main on behalf of Utilities Kingston.
