Tim Hortons location on Gardiners Road closed due to COVID-19 case

The Tim Hortons location at 450 Gardiners Road has been temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
The location closed on Monday, Apr. 12, 2021, and placed a sign on their window indicating the closure is “due to the evolving health situation.”

“The team member and those who worked with them are self-isolating for 14 days and will be supported through Tim Hortons corporate and restaurant owner COVID-19 compensation fund to provide for any lost wages. We wish them well and look forward to seeing all team members once their self-isolation is complete,” the Tim Hortons Media Team said in an email to The Kingstonist.
“Following public health guidelines, the restaurant has been closed for cleaning and sanitization and is expected to re-open soon.”
