Six arrested in Napanee drug raid

Officers with the Lennox and Addington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment executed a search warrant in the early hours of Tuesday, Apr. 30, 2019 at a Napanee area residence. As a result, the following six people were arrested:
Dessiree Elizabeth Kemp, 22, of Quinte West was charged with:
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
Sarah Melissa Marie McNamee 37 years of Napanee was charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs – two counts
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – two counts
Jennifer Vanoughnett, 32, of Loyalist Township was charged with:
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other drugs
Andrew Gordon Vankoughnett, 39, of Napanee was charged with:
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
Derrick Robert Veley, 29, of Napanee was charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
All parties will be appearing in the Napanee Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
