Serious collision on Wolfe Island sends two to hospital
Ontario Provincial Police are continuing to investigate a serious motor vehicle collision that sent two people to hospital.
On Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020, just before 2:15 a.m., OPP officers responded to reports of a collision involving multiple vehicles on Base Line Road, Wolfe Island.
The police investigation revealed that two pick-up trucks, a motorcycle and an all-terrain vehicle were involved.
The driver of the ATV, a 16-year-old from Wolfe Island, was transported to hospital by ambulance in critical condition.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 19-year-old also from Wolfe Island, was transported to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
Leeds County OPP continue to investigate the cause of the collision with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Collision Investigators (TCI) and a Collision Reconstructionist.

Base Line Road was closed until approximately 2:15 p.m.
