Serious collision at Princess St and Bayridge Dr

Princess St remains closed at Cataraqui Woods Dr and Midland Ave after a Jeep and Corolla collided at Princess and Bayridge Dr on Friday afternoon.

Extrication was required and three occupants were taken to hospital, according to Frontenac Paramedics. The extent of injuries is not known at this time but they are considered serious and one patient had life-threatening injuries.

Kingston Police is investigating the collision and the Traffic Safety Unit is on scene reconstructing the incident. Expected reopening time is unknown.
