Update: Located – Public assistance requested to locate missing youth

According to Kingston Police, 13-year-old Dylan Mullis-Ramsay was located safely within the City of Kingston today, Thursday, May 12, 2022.

Kingston Police reported missing that the youth was missing on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, has he had not been seen since Sunday, May 8, 2022.

“The Kingston Police wish to thank the public for their assistance,” police relayed in a press release.

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing youth, Dylan Mullis-Ramsay, a 13-year-old youth.

According to police, Mullis-Ramsay was last seen on Sunday, May 8, 2022, in the area of Development Drive in Kingston’s west end. His current whereabouts are unknown. Police also said that the youth is known to frequent the Rideau Heights area.

Mullis-Ramsay is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’1” and weighing 110 lbs, with very short, blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Playboy Bunny tracksuit, a red baseball cap, and carrying a green shopping bag. Police also noted that Mullis-Ramsay did have other clothing items in his possession when he was last seen, and it is possible he has changed clothes by this point.
