Update: Located – Public assistance requested to locate missing youth

Update (Friday, Apr. 21, 2023):
According to Kingston Police, 14-year-old Tilden Conatser has been located safely. Police had previously requested public assistance to locate the missing youth.

“Kingston Police wish to thank the public for their tips, which assisted officers in locating a missing local youth, Tilden Conatser,” Kingston Police said in a press release on Friday, Apr. 21, 2023.

“Tilden was safely located at 9:40 a.m. in the area of Montreal Street and Rideau Street. Thank you again to all those that provided information and tips.”

Kingstonist has removed all photos of Tilden to avoid confusion.

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating missing youth Tilden Conatser.

Tilden, 14, was last seen on Monday, Apr. 17, 2023, in the area of Montreal and Rideau Streets.

“Family is concerned for their well-being,” police said. “Tilden often frequents the area of Cassidy Street in Kingston’s north end, however, their current whereabouts [are] unknown. Tilden, if located, may respond to the name ‘James’ instead of their given name.”

Tilden is described as being Caucasian and standing approximately 5’6” (167.6 cm) tall, weighing 119 lbs (53.98 kg), with a fair complexion, slim build, brown hair, and blue eyes.
