LOCATED: Public assistance requested to locate missing Kingston woman

UPDATE (Wednesday, Apr. 20, 2022):
After requesting assistance to locate a missing woman on Tuesday, Apr. 13, 2022, Kingston Police have located Janice Van Dijk safely in Kingston’s west end.
According to a release dated Wednesday, Apr. 20, 2022, Van Dijk was located at 8:35 a.m. on that same date. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in sharing information in regards to her possible whereabouts.

Kingston Police have released the above photographs and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing woman, Janice Van Dijk, age 67.
Van Dijk was last seen on Wednesday, Apr. 13, 2022, and is known to frequent the area of Bath Road near Princess Street, however, her current whereabouts is unknown, Kingston Police said in a press release on Tuesday, Apr. 19, 2022. A family member reported Van Dijk missing, and is concerned for her well-being, according to police.
Van Dijk is described as a Caucasian woman standing 5’2” and weighing 119 lbs with a fair complexion and a slim build. She has short, greying hair, blue eyes, and wears glasses.
