Police to continue to seek information on missing Kingston man

Kingston Police are once again requesting public assistance as they continue to investigate the disappearance of Robert Haggerty, 57.

Haggerty was first reported missing by Kingston Police on Saturday, May 7, 2022, with the missing man having last been seen on Friday, May 6, 2022, at approximately 10 p.m. at a grocery store on County Road 4 (CR4) West, in the Village of Tamworth. Tamworth is located northwest of Kingston.

Since Haggerty was first reported missing, police have learned that he had taken a cab to Tamworth from Kingston on Friday, May 6, 2022. Although Haggerty resides in Kingston, he has ties to the Village of Tamworth, police said in a press release on Monday, May 16, 2022.

“His current whereabouts are unknown and, as he suffers from health issues, his family is concerned for his wellbeing,” Kingston Police said.

Haggerty is described as a Caucasian male, standing approximately 5’8” and weighing approximately 130 lbs. HE has a fair complexion and a medium build, with short, blond hair, and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing blue pants/jeans, and a blue and grey jacket with what appears to be a singular light-coloured small zipper running vertically on the left chest. When he was last seen, Haggerty was also wearing a light blue medical mask and carrying a blue/grey backpack.
