Police seek public assistance to locate missing woman

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing woman.

Carly Michie, 32, was last observed leaving from a Kingston hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020. Her family has concerns for her well-being as they haven’t seen her in some time.

Michie is described as standing 5’5” and weighing 120 lbs, with a slim build, long, straight hair that has been dyed red, and blue eyes.
