Police seek public assistance to locate missing Smiths Falls woman last seen in Kingston

Kingston Police and the Smiths Falls Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing female, who was reported missing to Smiths Falls Police on Friday, Mar. 15, 2019.

The missing female is Christine Cutler, 56, of Smiths Falls. Cutler is described, 5’5, 225 lbs, with collar length brown and grey hair, and a round face. She walks with the assistance of a cane and wears glasses.

Police have confirmed sightings of Cutler in the area of Princess Street and Wellington Street in downtown Kingston in the past few days. She is also known to be a frequent visitor to public libraries and city facilities.

She was last seen wearing a blue three-quarter length coat, dark pants and top. She was carrying a light-coloured bag at the time.

The Smiths Falls Police Service is looking to locate Cutler and check on her well-being.
