UPDATE: Located – Police requesting public assistance to locate missing man

Update (Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019): According to Kingston Police, Cliff Harris, 32, has been located safely.
“Police wish to thank the public for their assistance after missing male Cliff Harris was located safe in Calgary, Alberta,” Kingston Police said.

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing man, Cliff Harris.
Harris, a 32-year-old, was last seen by his community worker on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 in Kingston’s east end. His cellphone was left behind with is community worker, and, although he is employed in the city’s west end, he has not been seen at his place of employment since the day of his disappearance.
Harris is described as standing 5’7” tall and weighing 170 lbs, with short brown hair, brown eyes, and possibly a beard.
