Police request public assistance to locate wanted federal offender

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have released the above photo and are requesting public assistance to locate wanted federal offender Traishan Delpeache.
According to the media release from the OPP on Tuesday, Mar. 7, 2023, the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is seeking to locate Delpeache, who is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole. Delpeache is currently serving a four-year and 10-month sentence for offences which include:
- Two counts of armed robbery
- Robbery
- Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition
- Use of an imitation firearm while committing an indictable offence
Police described Delpeache as being a 22-year-old Black male, standing 5’8” (173 cm) tall and weighing 200 lbs (91 kg), with black hair and brown eyes. Although police did not mention ties to the Kingston area specifically, the OPP said Delpeache is known to frequent the Greater Toronto and Belleville areas.
Anyone who has contact with this Delpeache or who has information in regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or toll free at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE). Information can also be conveyed through Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Anyone who may see Delpeache can also call 911, police said.
