Police request assistance to identify suspect using stolen credit card

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect captured on security video while using a stolen credit card.

According to police, the credit card was stolen on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, when the owner’s vehicle was broken into in the early morning hours. The vehicle had been parked outside a midtown address at the time.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., the stolen credit card was used at a restaurant on Division Street, and the suspect was captured on security video, as pictured above.
