Police request assistance locating missing Kingston youth

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing female Kayla Hartwick, 16.
Hartwick has gone missing before, and has previously been reported as having been located. According to Kingston Police, she was reported missing on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, however, had last been seen on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 near the Bayridge Learning Centre located at 952 Progress Avenue. Hartwick has previously travelled to the Toronto area, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
Hartwick is described as a Caucasian female standing 5’3” and weighing 141 lbs, with a medium build and fair complexion. She has long brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black and white snake skin pattern leggings, white running shoes, and carrying a pink purse.
