Police request assistance in locating missing Kingston man

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing man, Sam Smith, 52.

A local resident, Smith was last seen in the area of the 600 block of Montreal Street near Railway Street on Monday, Aug. 30, 2021, and his current whereabouts are unknown, police said in a press release on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021.

“Friends are concerned for his well-being,” Kingston Police said.

Smith is described as a Black male standing 5’11” and weighing 181 lbs, with a medium complexion, and a stocky build. He has short, black hair, a goatee, and brown eyes.
