Police looking for man who returned from Florida, threatened hospital staff

Police are requesting public assistance to identify a man who uttered threats to staff at a local hospital after returning from Florida.
According to police, the incident occurred on the evening of Friday, Mar. 20, 2020 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. The male in question allegedly stated that he owned/operated a heavy equipment company and had recently returned from Florida. Those currently returning home from abroad are being asked to self-isolate immediately due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
After threatening hospital staff, the man was seen driving a newer blue Dodge Ram pick-up truck with shiny rims. The man was accompanied by a young family member, and may be from out of town, Kingston Police said in a press release on Monday, Mar. 23, 2020.
The man is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’10” to 6’ tall, approximately 35 to 40 years of age. He has a stocky build and a shaved head with a short beard.
According to Const. Cameron Mack with Kingston Police, the man poses no confirmed risk to public safety.
