Police advise Gananoque residents of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang gathering

The Gananoque Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Biker Enforcement Unit have released information on the possible increased presence of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang members and their associates in the Town of Gananoque on Friday, Oct. 13, 2023.

According to a media release, Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs are among criminal organizations whose wide array of criminal activity can cause harm and victimization in communities across Ontario. Gananoque Police remind citizens that these events have occurred in the Town of Gananoque over the last few years with minimal disruption, and are asking them to contact the police if they require police assistance for any reason. Both police services specifically referred to the organization as a “Motorcycle Gang.”

The Gananoque Police Service along with other outside agencies have taken proper precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of citizens and visitors of the Town of Gananoque, according to both the OPP and Gananoque Police.
