Our Lady of Lourdes cleared to reopen after COVID-19 outbreak

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School has confirmed they will reopen for in-person learning beginning Monday, Nov. 23, 2020.

This announcement comes after the school was closed due to a COVID-19 outbreak. In a letter to parents, Stacey Porter-Eves, the school principal, stated, “During the last two weeks we worked diligently with public health to take all necessary steps to ensure that all students and staff can return to a safe learning environment.”

KFL&A Public Health gave the all clear for the school to resume classes, and the the school is looking forward to welcoming staff and students back to their hallways.

“Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and resiliency as we have worked together as a community to ensure the health, safety and wellness of all students and staff,” acknowledged Porter-Eves.
