UPDATE: Located – OPP seek assistance locating missing Quinte West man

UPDATE: According to the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has confirmed that Matthew Anakons has been located as of Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2019.

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Matthew Anakons, 39, of Quinte West, Ontario was reported missing on August 10, 2019.

The investigation has found that Anakons was last seen around noon on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019. It’s believed he is driving his work vehicle, a 2015 GMC Savana van with the company name ‘Crozier Heating’ on the side.

He is described as a white male standing approximately 6′ talk, and weighing 182 lbs, with a medium build, and brown hair and brown eyes.
