UPDATE (Friday, Oct. 21, 2022):

According to the Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Carrie-Lynn Serbinek, a 36-year-old wanted female from Belleville, has been located.

On Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Serbinek was located during a traffic stop and arrested by Lennox & Addington County Detachment of the OPP. According to a media release, the accused was turned over to the Central Hastings OPP Detachment and held in custody for a scheduled bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on October 21, 2022.

The Central Hastings Detachment of the OPP thanks the public for their assistance in locating the wanted female.

The Central Hastings Detachment Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has released the above photo and is seeking the public’s help in locating a wanted female from Belleville, Ontario.

Carrie-Lynn Serbinek, 36, of Belleville is described as approximately 4’9″ tall, weighing 130 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes and brown, wavy, shoulder-length hair.

According to the OPP, Serbinek is wanted for:

  • Careless use of firearm
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Discharge firearm with intent

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should immediately contact the Central Hastings OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222- 8477, where callers may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
