OPP request public assistance to locate wanted federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad has released the above image and is asking for public assistance in locating the man pictured, who is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breaching the conditions of his statutory release from custody.
According to the ROPE Squad and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Danny Beharri, 39, is currently serving a ten-year sentence for sexual assault with a weapon, three counts of assault causing bodily harm, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, uttering a threat to cause death, breach of recognizance, and fail to comply with a probation order
Beharri is described as being a black male standing 5’8″ (173 cm), and weighing 165 lbs (75 kgs), with black hair and brown eyes.
According to a press release, dated Tuesday, Apr. 25, 2023, at the time of sentencing, Beharri was declared a dangerous offender, and OPP said he is known to frequent the Toronto, Brampton, Milton and Hamilton areas.
