OPP request public assistance in locating wanted federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of breaching both his statutory release and Long Term Supervision Order.

Richard Roddell Jamieson is described as an Indigenous male, 51 years of age, 6’3″ (191cm), 209 lbs. (95kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He is heavily tattooed on his neck, torso, arms and legs, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

Jamieson is currently bound by a Long Term Supervision Order resulting from a six year and six month sentence for sexual assault, and is currently on statutory release for Failing To Comply With A Probation Order.

The offender is known to frequent the cities of Toronto, Belleville and Picton.
