OPP make two arrests after search warrant executed in Greater Napanee

Two people were arrested in Greater Napanee after members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, assisted by the L&A County OPP, executed a search warrant.

According to a release from OPP, the officers seized nearly $1,200 cash and illegal drugs – suspected Cocaine and Methamphetamine.

As a result of the investigation police have laid the following charges:

Kaila Alexandra Peets, age 36, of Greater Napanee:

• Two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking

Andrew James Dolan, age 30, of Greater Napanee:

• Two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking;
• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by Crime; and
• Two counts of Fail to comply with release order.

Peets was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on August 3, 2021.  

Dolan was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee by video bail on June 15, 2021.
