OPP lay impaired driving charges in Bath

A male driver who was spotted driving in a haphazard manner by police was arrested and charged when police learned he was driving while impaired.
On Thursday, Jul. 25, 2019 at 3:38 a.m. officers with the Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner travelling on Main Street in Bath. Officers conducted a traffic stop determined that the driver had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the ensuing investigation, police have charged the driver, Ryan Michael McGraw, 34, of Loyalist Township with operation of a conveyance (vehicle) while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of over 80 mg.
McGraw is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019.
