OPP: Federal inmate wanted

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad out of Kingston is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender.

Stephen Dunkley is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release. He is described as a Caucasian male, 34 year of age, 6’2″ (188cm), 196lbs (89kg) with a shaved head and brown eyes.

Dunkley is serving a two year sentence for Theft Over $5,000, Possession of Stolen Property Over, Break and Enter with Intent, and Assault.

The offender is known to frequent the Peterborough, Belleville and Campbellford areas.
