Nominees announced for 26th annual Business Excellence Awards
The nominees have been announced for the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce awards for Business Excellence. The awards will be presented at an in-person event this fall.

The 26th Business Excellence Awards, presented by title sponsor MNP and partner sponsor Bell, are “dedicated to recognizing exemplary models of excellence and community service by Greater Kingston’s businesses, and the invaluable contribution they make to Kingston’s economic development, unique character and outstanding quality of life,” according to the event organizers.
The Chamber announced there are 43 nominees across nine categories, including:
Arts and Culture: Cornerstone Canadian Art & Craft, Skeleton Park Arts Festival, H’art Centre, The Katarowki Indigenous Art & Food Market, David Dossett, EronOne, Kingston Theatre Alliance, and Cantabile Choirs of Kingston.
Business Person of the Year: Ben Affleck of Mascon Restoration, A.J. Keilty of Keilty Realty Corporation, and Tina Kyle of TK Danceworx.
Customer Experience, sponsored by BMO: Spearhead Brewing Company, Jazzy Pet Grooming Studio, Kingston Paint & Decorating Inc., The Carson House, Lovebird Bridal Boutique, and Hydrathletics Inc.
Employer of the Year, sponsored by ReStart Employment Services: Full Circle Health Network Inc., Alex McCoy Plumbing & Heating Ltd, Southeastern Telecommunication, Cunningham Swan LLP, Correctional Service of Canada, Kingston; Diamond Hotels, and Coca-Cola Bottling Limited Canada.

Winners will be announced on Thurs., Sept. 22, 2022, at the Business Excellence Awards Show to be held at The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts. Tickets for the event are now on sale via The Isabel Bader Centre box office.
