Introducing the new Kingston Mortgage Solutions
After nine years serving the Kingston community, Janet MacDonald and the Kingston Mortgage Solutions (KMS) team have realigned their business.
MacDonald has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. She was born and raised in Kingston, and graduated from Queens University (Commerce). As the sole business owner, she’s excited to lead the KMS team of experienced brokers and agents as they continue to provide the friendly, knowledgeable advice, and reliable mortgage solutions they are known for.
“We have an amazing group of mortgage brokers and agents, and I look forward to the next phase as we continue to enhance our services and client experience,” MacDonald said.
David Sutherland has been appointed Principal Broker and Director of Sales and Operations. With 28 years of experience in financial services, Sutherland has built strong client relationships providing solid financial advice and guidance, governed by strong personal principles, and a passion for customer service excellence.
“I’m thrilled to assume these additional responsibilities and look forward to building on our firms’ solid reputation of excellence, ensuring a seamless, solutions-based client experience,” Sutherland expressed.
Renae O’Brien, who has worked alongside MacDonald for 11 years, will take on the additional role of Manager, Training & Development. A licensed agent for seven years, she will continue to assist clients, MacDonald’s as well as her own, while providing support and training to KMS agents.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and to assist both new and existing agents by providing continuous support and training,” O’Brien said.
