Police requesting public assistance to locate missing person

Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual, Jeffery Dalcourt, 68 years of age.
Police say Dalcourt was last seen on Saturday, Apr. 1st, 2023 at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the area of Campbell Crescent. “Dalcourt’s current whereabouts are unknown, however his vehicle, a grey Chevrolet HHR, bearing Ontario personalized plate “Madcad”, was located earlier today in the Portsmouth Village area,” Kingston Police said in a release.
Dalcourt is described by Kingston Police as approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 170 lbs, with short white hair and full white beard. Police believe Dalcourt may possibly be wearing a brown leather jacket, black boots and possibly a grey fedora.
“Dalcourt’s family members are concerned for his well-being and would like his welfare checked on,” police said.

Furthermore, Kingston Police are asking anyone who may have seen his vehicle between the hours of 09:30 p.m. April 1, 2023 and 10:30 a.m. April 2, 2023 to contact police.
