LOCATED: Police requesting assistance to locate missing youth

According to Kingston Police, 13-year-old Dylan Mullis-Ramsay was safely located within the City of Kingston. Mullis-Ramsay had last been seen on Saturday, Jun. 25, 2022, in the area of Russell Street.

Kingston Police are requesting public assistance to locate a missing teen, Dylan Mullis-Ramsay, 13 years of age.
According to police, Mullis-Ramsay was last seen on Saturday, Jun. 25, 2022 in the area of Russell Street, and Mullis-Ramsay’s current whereabouts are unknown.
Police say that Mullis-Ramsay is known to frequent the Russell Street area, Rideau Heights area and St. Lawrence College area.
“Mullis-Ramsay is described as Caucasian, 5’5, 110 pounds, with short blonde hair and blue eyes,” police said in a press release.
According to police, Mullis-Ramsay currently has a broken collar bone and may be wearing a sling on their right arm.
“Police are concerned for Mullis-Ramsay’s well-being as they may be suffering from additional injuries which require medical attention,” police say in the release.
