OPP seeking assistance to locate missing woman

Update: OPP said on the afternoon of Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 that Budz had been located, safe.

Original: The Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing woman who is known to spend time in Greater Napanee.

Jennifer Budz, 35 years old, was last seen on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023, in Belleville.

OPP describe Budz as 5’3″ tall, weighing 100lbs, with long black hair. OPP say that it is not known what clothing she was wearing at the time she went missing but she was likely carrying a large backpack or duffle bag.

OPP say that Budz has ties to Oshawa, Greater Napanee, and Ottawa.
