Police are looking for a child missing in Kingston for over 24 hours. Alexis Brown, 12 years of age, was last seen by her family at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 23 and has not made any contact with them since.
Her family and Kingston Police have investigated all of the child’s usual hangouts, with no success in locating her.

Brown is described as 5 ft 5″, weighing approximately 115 lbs, with strawberry brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink plaid tights, a black sweater, checkered vans, and may also be carrying a red swag bag.
According to her father, Alexis Brown was possibly seen in the vicinity of Molly Brant Elementary School, which is not her own school, at around 8:30 a.m. on Friday morning, but she left briefly after the sighting and has not been seen since.
Anyone who has information regarding her location is asked to please contact Kingston Police Constable J. Veltman at 613-549-4660.
Please any information, even if you think it’s small and insignificant, please share any information you may have. A desperate plea from a very worried mother and father.
I have been there also so glad she was found like my daughter was.
