Kingston Police asking for public assistance to locate missing youth

Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing male youth, Kayden Richards, 13 years of age.

Police say Richards was last seen on Aug. 13, 2021 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the area of Portsmouth Avenue near Bath Road in midtown Kingston. According to police, he is known to frequent the area of Compton Street in Kingston’s north end, however his current whereabouts remain unknown.

Richards is described as Caucasian, 5’0”, 150 lbs, with a medium complexion and heavy build. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
