Brockville Police asking for public’s assistance to locate missing man

Brockville Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Dean Rusland, 60 years of age. Rusland was last seen early Thursday morning December 19, 2019 leaving his residence and has not returned.

He is believed to be wearing black work boots, a black bomber style jacket, hat and glasses. Rusland is approximately 5’7″ tall, 155 lbs, light/fair complexion and slender build.

While Dean is from Brockville, he has been known to go to Kingston and Ottawa in past.
