Man wanted in Canada Wide Warrant known to frequent Kingston

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad has released the above picture is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release, according to a report from OPP dated Tuesday, Feb 23, 2021.  

Thusanth Ariyanayagam is described as a South Asian male, 26 years of age, 5’5″ (165 cm), 189 lbs (86 kgs) with black hair and black eyes. He has tattoos on both arms, right upper arm crown and swords, left arm “K”.  

OPP say he is serving a 2 year sentence for Assault with a Weapon, Assault, and Breach of Recognizance.  

The offender is known to frequent the Kingston and Belleville areas.
