Police arrested the suspect at the intersection of George Street and Wheatly Street in Sydenham at 10:32 a.m. As a result of the ensuing investigation, Peter John Trousdale, 37, of Sydenham was charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in his blood while operating a motor vehicle.

Trousdale was released on a promise to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018.
