Man arrested after indecent act in downtown Kingston

Pulling his pants down and exposing his backside to an employee at a downtown business has led to an arrest and charge for one Kingston man.
According to Kingston Police, the accused man went to the downtown business on Princess Street on Tuesday, Apr. 2, 2019 at approximately 8:31 a.m. After a previous incident at the same business, the accused man had recently been issued a trespass notice at the location, and was not to enter the business. On this date, the accused man, standing outside the business, motioned to an employee inside to approach the front window. The accused man then pulled down his pants and pressed his buttocks against the glass window before running off on Princess Street.
Two days later, at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 4, 2019, police observed the accused man walking on Princess Street while on general patrol in the downtown core. Recognizing him from security video from the business in question, police arrested the accused.
The 43-year-old Kingston man is charged with an indecent act.
