Local Pizza Pizza restaurants launch fundraiser for YMCA

Pizza Pizza restaurants in Kingston have come together to support Kingston YMCA’s Strong Kids campaign by launching their own fundraiser.

Every pizza purchased at a Kingston Pizza Pizza from Saturday, Sept. 14 to Sept. 30 will see $1 go to the Y’s campaign in support of local kids.

This total donation will be tripled thanks to matching partners Homestead Land Holdings Ltd. and The Estate of Larry Gibson.

Funds raised through the Strong Kids campaign will go towards such things as providing subsidized childcare spots, membership subsidies, Pathways to Education subsidies, subsidized summer camps, and other financial assistance.
