LOCATED: L&A OPP request assistance to locate missing woman

On Wednesday, Mar. 9, 2022, Officers of the Lennox & Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) had asked for public assistance to locate Alexa Mahaffy, 19, who was last seen in Amherstview on Tuesday, Mar. 1, 2022.
OPP released a statement on Friday, Mar. 11, 2022, noting that Mahaffy has been located in good health and the OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance.

Officers of the Lennox & Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have released the above photo and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing female, Alexa Mahaffy, 19.
According to police, Mahaffy was last seen on Tuesday, Mar. 1, 2022, at approximately 9 p.m. in Amherstview by her family. She has ties to Kingston, OPP said in a media release.
Mahaffy is described as a white female, approximately 153cm (5′ 1″), 50kg (110 lbs), brown eyes, shaved head with auburn bangs. She has a tattoo on her right calf of a music note with a blue rose in the centre. She was last seen wearing black track pants, a black jacket, black Blundstone boots, a Carhartt toque and a black knapsack.
According to the OPP, she was possibly the driver or passenger in a black 2018 BMW 3SV with Ontario plate CVRK598 or a white Acura TXT Ontario plate CVSW093.
