Kingston’s Official Plan

In the on-going debate over building height limits downtown, Kingston’s Official Plan seems to have been pushed aside. This is especially interesting in the light of the new, bouncy video about the Third Crossing which the City clearly wants us all to watch and in which the commentary clearly states “….many plans, the most important being the City’s Official Plan….”

We seem to have our priorities a bit confused.
